Our Beginners Crochet has been developed to meet the needs of those wishing to take the first steps into the world of crochet. These classes will not only introduce the participants to the fundamentals of crochet but also to practical advice on yarns, hooks and pattern reading.
I will guide you with practical help and tips, give observations and feedback with your learning. "Knitting and Crochet have always been a part of my world. My passion to create amazing crafts from yarn was nurtured as a young child. My decades of experience varies from making baby wear, fashion accessories to large bed throws.
These classes are suitable for absolute beginners and includes your own starter kit with everything you need for the class.
TIME: 10.30am to 12.30pm
Learn how to hold the hook and yarn, cast on, chain and double crochet, learn about the possibilities of crochet, choosing yarn and hooks.
Progress with the double stitch and learn the treble stitch. Learn how to change yarn/colour and to read/write a simple pattern.
Class Size: Now reduced to 4 participants to ensure social distancing.
